Synecco offers both Intermittent Extrusion Blow Moulding and Continuous Extrusion Blow Moulding. For some applications, blow moulding is preferred -  it may offer lower tooling and manufacturing costs and shorter lead times than injection moulding processes.

Blow moulding is suitable for a range of applications. And among other advantages, the machinery provides high-speed production. From bottles to containers, the high volume output can produce a vast number of finished products.

Pleural Drainage Bottle

Synecco successfully supported the client in the design, development and manufacture of pleural drainage bottles.​

The challenge was to develop a product that had a specific weight and strength to avoid collapsing when exposed to negative pressure.
