Product Assembly:

Product Assembly can be either performed in our Class 8 Cleanroom or in a non-cleanroom
( GMP controlled environment) depending on customer's requirements.

We examine each of our customers' requirements and offer the best possible solution to suit their needs.

 

This can involve simple assembly such as the assembly of two plastic components, to more complex assemblies such as a complete product assembly which is ready to ship to the consumer.

Pad Printing:

Pad printing is a printing process that can transfer a 2-D image onto a 3-D object. This is accomplished using an indirect offset (gravure) printing process that involves an image being transferred from the printing plate (cliché) via a silicone pad onto a substrate (surface to be printed).

 

It can also be used to deposit functional materials such as conductive inks, adhesives, dyes and lubricants.
